Tony did an excellent of job of starting to clean my A/C unit, which quickly became a trouble shooting, which unfortunately, led to the final of a bad A/C compressor for a house I am selling. Tony took the time to show me evidence of where a past tenant tried to fix it themselves, thus running low on freon, causing it to take out the compressor from running too long and too hot without the internal lubrication it needs. With this knowledge in hand, that gives me the basis to take past tenant to court to try to recoup my loses. Thanks, Tony!
