Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Would recommend a uv light , electronic air filter, and surge protector for furnace. Office will follow up to renew membership. Humidifier precision tune up and cleaning. Remove current water pad, clean off pad housing and water distributor. Clean out humidifier box. Clear out drain line. Replace with new water pad. Test operation. Two Air Exchanger cleaning and tune ups. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger.

Mouse in blower wheel, hopefully nothing on wheel was bent out of alignment. Blower wheel in furnace is dirty reducing air flow/efficiency, pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Reassemble and tested operation. Return air pressure is very high which makes system work very hard and causes parts to fail early, recommended that we add return air and add another floor return. Collected $500 down for duct cleaning.

Found secondary breaker panel master switch to be tripped. Flipped that and basement system came on. Went through basement system to insure it was functioning properly everything is cooling properly at this time. Electrician should be called to further investigate secondary panel issues

Customer stated a strange loud noise coming from outside unit. Went outside to find compressor running, fan making loud noises, but not spinning. Motor was hot and locked up. Motor failed. Installed a new motor and didn’t have further issues. Unit could use a new starter, motor booster and a tune up, based on its condition. System is also at the end of its life. Unit is now cooling correctly. Did a diagnostic on basement A/C. Thermostat was off. Switched it on, nothing happened. No power at incoming switch. There may something wrong with breaker panel. Also unsure which breaker is for furnace, it is not labeled. Do to safety reason, wouldn’t recommend to start turning on breakers, not knowing where they go. Homeowner is going to contact a electrician. *Alyssa approved repair*

Ac was not operating upon arrival. After further diagnostics I found that the ac was not being supplied any high voltage. I happened to find that the fuses within the disconnect box to the ac had been blown. I then searched the outdoor unit for any nicked or frayed wires, and then proceeded to inspect the compressor. I was unable to find anything that could have directly caused these fuses to trip. However there are a number of reasons this could have happened, the compressor could be on its way out and caused the fuses to blow or there could have been a possible power surge throughout the system. I replaced the fuses and the system started up right away. I then proceeded to perform my diagnostics on the system while it was up and running and again did not find anything concerning at this time. 69159908LC

Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger. Cleaned dehumidifier filter and tested operation. Replaced both SecureAire filters in furnaces. We can either bring out more filters at next tune up, or we can have filters shipped to your house.
