Our technician Wes was very thorough & recommended an automatic humidity stat & suggested some settings for the air exchanger to keep the moisture off the windows. Tony was great. He explained everything about the air exchanger, humidity, heat/cooling, showed me with the intake/outtake were, etc. Very patient. I just wish Cooling Matters didn't put their repair guys on commission.....Very heavy on sales, but I believe that Tony really did believe in the products.
