Customer Service Representative – Full Time
Comfort Matters Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is looking for two outgoing, goal-oriented individuals who are willing to work hard and be rewarded for their work. Candidates will share office duties, take inbound and make outbound phone calls, scheduling, data entry, file, dispatch and follow up with residential customers.
If you are passionate about customer service, good on the phone, like a good working environment, and appreciate being recognized for your hard work then you might be the right person for the job. We are looking for someone that has the drive to want to take care of the customer, but still has the logistical thinking to take care of calls and customers properly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone quickly and professionally using the company incoming call script.
- Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner
- Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow up is appropriate.
- Call customers to schedule maintenance appointments.
- Alert managers quickly to significant customer issues.
- Be a champion of the customers to our company.
