They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, respectfully listened to our concerns and needs, loaned us a portable air conditioner until the one we ordered arrived and could be installed, clearly explained what was happening to our old air conditioner and helped us set up our new programmable thermostat. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Comfort Matters.
